Library Library

Library: 50 chairs, set up lecture style, is a comfortable fit. The maximum capacity of the room is 50. There are 2½ ' x 6’ tables available. Each seats six comfortably (seven or eight if the ends are used). There is also one oak table, 3’4 x 7’, a lectern and a projection wall.

$100/day, $50/4 hours or less.

Dining-Room Dining Room

Dining Room: Located in the west wing of the Quarters, the dining room can also be reserved for smaller meetings. 15 to 20 people can be comfortably seated around the table.

$50/day, $25/4 hours or less.

Kitchen

Kitchen: Standard kitchen equipment is provided, including basic utensils. There are flatware/dinnerware, utensils, and dishes to serve 15 people. Basic cookware is available. No table linens are provided, and there is very limited refrigerator space. Students, staff, and researchers have 24/7 access to the kitchen.

$50/day, $25/4 hours or less.

Dorm Room Dorm Room

Dorm Rooms: Four beds each in rooms A, B, C, D, J, K, L.  No linens are provided in the dorm rooms. There is no television and bathroom space is limited. Shared bathrooms are accessed via outdoor breezeways, and each bath is equipped with a shower and tub. Dorm rooms are reserved for the Blandy research program from May 1st through August 31st of each year.

Blandy Community Classroom (BCC): Meeting room that comfortably holds 30 people. 2 1/2' x 6' tables and folding chairs are provided. The BCC, which is available from early spring through late fall can only be reserved in accordance with the mission of Blandy, with permission from the Field Station Manager and/or Director. To initiate your request, please submit a reservation form and someone will contact you.

 

 

 

 

Peetwood_White_Walls

Peetwood Pavilion for Environmental Education: Located east of the main parking lot, this pavilion is primarily used as an outdoor educational facility. It contains picnic tables and two bathrooms.The Peetwood Pavilion can only be reserved in accordance with the mission of Blandy, with permission from the Field Station Manager and/or Director. To initiate your request, please submit a reservation form and someone will contact you.
